1. WHEN YOU ARRIVE

You will be greeted with a bottle of wine and some fruit.

2. LIVING ROOM

The living room comes with a full coach with a recliner at both ends and a single recliner. You also have a 42” TV with a Blu-ray DVD player. Netflix and YouTube can be accessed through the DVD player. You also have an A/C unit. The condo comes with WIFI, land line and cable TV.

| also have a Bluetooth speaker for the beach or pool. You can also access the balcony where you have a view of the ocean, you can have coffee in the morning or watch the sun set in the late afternoon.

3. KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with the following: Stove, Blender, Coffee maker, Utensils, Microwave, Rice maker, Coffee, sugar and creamer, Salad bowls, Toaster /Oven Toaster Iron/Iron board, Margarita glasses, Pots and Pans, Full refrigerator, Smoke / CO2 detector, Salt and pepper, Dishes and silverware, cooking oil, Fire Extinguisher.

4. BEDROOM

The bedroom has a king-size bed, and a large closet. A balcony with a view of the ocean. Large mirror and a 32” smart TV with a DVD player. In the closet is the safety box. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan and an A/C unit.

5. VANITY AREA

Sink, Mirror, Hair dryer, First aid kit, plunger (under the sink)
